Márcio Botaro
Site Manager
With over 20 years of experience in Iron and Gold mining, both in open-pit and underground mines. Specialized in development, drilling, blasting, mine infrastructure, drainage, mine operation, conveyor mining (truckless system), mine planning, primary crushing, screening, and tailings dams. Has managed large-scale projects and led numerous teams in significant mining companies such as Samarco and Vale (S11D). Holds a degree in Mining Engineering from the Federal University of Ouro Preto/Escola de Minas and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Additionally, has undergone mining training in Chile, Australia, and Germany.
Pedro Lopes
Supply and Contracts Manager.
Professional with more than 20 years of solid experience in Supply Chain Management (Purchasing, contract management, logistics, expediting and inspection and materials management) in medium and large investments, such as “Greenfield” and “Brownfield”, CAPEX (Investments) and OPEX (Operation), focused on the management of strategic, project and operational acquisition categories with passage through the main companies in the Mining and Steel industry like Vale, AngloAmerican and Gerdau. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from CEFET-MG with a postgraduate degree in Project Management from FDC and MBA in Business Management from Ibmec.
Graziela Silva
Controller
Over 17 years of experience in Controllership, Accounting and Finance. Enphasis in the effective management of financial information and in identifying opportunities, ensuring fiscal and tax compliance reflected in tangible results for the organization. Experience in raising funds, forecasting studies, CAPEX estimates and accounting performance reports. Bachelor’s degree in accounting from PUC-MG. MBA in Finance from IBMEC.
Fabrício Motta
Senior Geologist
Geologist, graduated from the Federal University of Pará – UFPA, with over 19 years of experience in the research and mineral exploration field of Fe, Ti, Mn, Au and Ni, as well as in open-pit iron mining activities in regions of the north, northeast and midwest of the country. Worked at companies such as EBX Mineração, MMX – Mineração e Metálicos, Anglo Ferrous Brazil and TC Geologia – Teixeira Consultoria e Serviços LTDA, where activities included consultancy for Phoenix LTDA (AP), Mineração Buriti (BA), Greiphil Minas (PA/AP), Projeto São Tomé (RN), Mineração Floresta S/A (PE) and Titânio das Américas S/A – TIASA (PE) being responsible for management and technical development of geological field research, as well as overseeing mining processes and environmental matters.
Bruna Martins
Financial analyst
+12 years of work experience in finance, accounting, treasury, administrative, and tax operations. Worked with FP&A for BRZ Imports and Broderie. Also worked for Oi Telecon controlling operational costs. Graduated in Business Administration at UNA, post-graduated in Controllership and Finance at IBMEC, graduating in Accounting at UNA.
